After working as a cabin crew attendant with the airline British Caledonian followed by a 10 year career in Management Training within 5 star hotels, I with my husband Ammon, a Top Chef and director of a catering company, re-opened the Fairway Hotel in 1993.
We have three children, Adam, Andrew, and Aaron, and know the importance of having a place to eat where the food is of the highest quality at affordable prices.
We employ 40 members of staff all of whom would be delighted to welcome you
The restaurant has a happy, cosy atmosphere, and is open every day of the year - except New Years Day - from 12.00 noon until 9.p.m. Sundays 12.30 until 9.00 p.m. We also have car parking space for 50 vehicles.
